I follow the pain paradigm model which means the less pain you are in the less treatments. I do not believe in high volume treatment programs.
Cancellation Policy
There has been an increase in individuals failing to attend appointments or cancelling with little or no notice.
Please be mindful that other people are in pain. If you are unable to make an appointment there is every likelihood someone is on a waiting list. If we can fill the appointment I will not need to charge you for a cancellation. Just let me know.
In the event you need to cancel this must be with 24hrs notice and a full refund will be given. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. This will be the full amount of the treatment.
Further treatments will also require a 24hr notice of cancellation.
If you wish to pay by card a text payment link can be sent in advance or there is a card reader at the clinic.
